Lee A. Pollock is the founding member of Pollock & Associates Law, PLLC, and serves as the firm’s leader. He brings the unique advantage of being both an experienced litigator and a skilled transactional attorney, allowing him to guide clients through a wide range of legal matters with practical insight and strategic judgment.

Mr. Pollock’s litigation background is especially valuable in his transactional work. His experience in disputes enables him to identify potential red flags, anticipate issues before they become problems, and help clients avoid unnecessary litigation whenever possible. At the same time, his transactional experience gives him a strong understanding of the circumstances that can lead to disputes, allowing him to evaluate matters from both a practical and legal perspective.

When litigation cannot be avoided, Mr. Pollock draws on his experience to develop strategies aimed at achieving the best possible result for his clients. Whether assisting with a transaction, resolving a dispute before trial, or advocating for a client in litigation, he approaches each matter with careful preparation, sound judgment, and a focus on protecting the client’s interests.

Mr. Pollock received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Mr. Pollock enjoys singing in the Emanuel Lutheran Church Choir, playing tennis, ballroom dancing, and gardening.
