Desirae Basile is an Associate Attorney at Pollock & Associates Law, PLLC, where she assists clients with a variety of legal matters, including real estate, estate planning, business formation, and civil litigation. Desirae has been with the firm since its foundation in 2021. She has remained an important part of the firm’s legal team, assisting clients with both transactional matters and disputes.

Her primary areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate, will and trust drafting and administration, formation of business entities, and civil litigation. Through her work, Desirae helps individuals, families, and businesses navigate legal matters with clear communication and practical guidance.

Desirae received her law degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Desirae enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
